Troubleshooting IP address issues:

1. If you would like to connect from your home network, use the UCLA VPN service to give your home computer a UCLA IP address.
2. Check the ip address and hostname of your computer using this link: http://info.smtp.ucla.edu/test.php. If your IP address reported above begins with 169.232.x.x or 128.97.x.x you should be able to view this video. (Otherwise, the video will not load.)
3. If in step 2, your computer is listed as ...ucla.edu but does not have the above IP ranges, please contact us.
