1. Does any one have mouse T-cell line? eg TK-1.
2. Any one has good protocol regarding transfecting into primary mouse splenic lymphocytes

Hey David!

My name is Daniel and I am a postdoc in Steven Smale's lab. We do have a T-cell line, albeit, a thymocyte cell line which is called VL3-3M2. Does that help you out?
