SoPS has introduced a new "Classifieds" advertisement feature where logged-in users can post time-sensitive marketplace listings like moving sales, trades, job postings and room/ride share requests.

Here are some benefits of this new feature:
1) Classified Ads will automatically expire in 60 days (so that you do not receive an email about something you advertised two years ago).
2) A week before expiration, you will receive an email with instructions on how to extend the listing if you so desire.
3) A full list of all your classified ads is available as a tab on your user profile (the page you arrive at when you login).

To create a new classified ad:
1) Login to the SoPS website.
2) In the green toolbar that appears after login, click on "Create Content".
3) Select "Classified Ad"
4) Select the correct category for your ad, then type the title and body of your advertisement.

To check your previous listings and to renew them:
1) Login (or click on your user-profile if logged in already)
2) Click on the "My Classified Ads List" tab.
3) Select an ad that you want to edit (and/or renew).
