I updated the site to xoops 2.2.3 and patched the /modules/profile/register.php fix for password length.
I also fixed bugs with the new user registration system caused by my previous deletion of the YIM, MSN, AIM, ICQ fields.
Several users were affected by this so I deleted their accounts, making sure to copy the password hash and login details from phpmyadmin first. I then added the users back to the system and edited the password.
I upgraded CBB to a newer version of the Final 2.2 which fixes the topic manager bug.

I am not able to edit Multimenu #2 - the link to the committee officers page on the main page still points to the old module.
Perhaps its best that we put a redirect called "officers" in place of the old one and point it to the new link in dokuwiki.

Link changed to point to new DokuWiki page.
Inactive user accounts fixed.
System set to activation by administrator.
Tested activation system - emails come to me.
