Does anyone have or know of a lab that has an Amaxa Nucleoporator?
Need to do a quick and simple experiment.

Do you mean a Nucleofector? Like this:

I don't know of anyone that has one - you might try asking the Amaxa sales rep if there is one on the UCLA campus. If you say that you are interesting in trying the machine they will probably tell you.
