Entrepreneurship! ... Why not YOU?!
The Tech Coast Angels (TCA) are giving a seminar at UCLA on Monday, October 20, 2008, 5-6pm. If you are interested in any aspect of business and entrepreneurship this event is for you. Those applying for TCA mentorship [1] this fall should definitely attend.
The Tech Coast Angels (TCA) is the largest angel network in the U.S. and the number-one source of startup funding in Southern California. TCA members are investors who are experienced in building start-up companies and who want to lend their assistance to the UCLA community. Their expertise includes patent law, medical and hi-tech development, and accounting, among others. They have invested more than $85 million in more than 130 companies and have helped attract more than $850 million of additional capital, mostly from venture capital firms. Refreshments will be served at a reception after the seminar, with an opportunity to speak with TCA members.
