The SoPS website is now powered by the open source content management system Drupal.
While the previous system, Xoops, has been having growing pains, Drupal has rocketed forward in both features and popularity. Major websites such as The Onion use Drupal to run their sites and vast armies of developers will hopefully bring even more features in the near future.
You should be able to login with your old username and password. Please let me know if you find any problems that aren't listed in this forum post.
For now however, all this means is that the site looks a bit different and a lot of things are probably missing or broken. Hopefully most of these will be fixed soon. If you really need to get some information from the old site then you can find it here for the time being. Please don't add anything to that site as it will not be transferred.
In other news, last Friday's Pub Night at 'Joker' was very well received and we pretty much took over the bar until closing time.
