In this interactive workshop, we will lead you through a 3-step process to create your personalized professional development plan for your time at UCLA. We will discuss core professional skills that everyone should develop during their training, and at what point the training best fits while you’re at UCLA. You will leave with a customized professional development plan that considers your professional and career goals and the duration of your postdoctoral training. You will also leave with a better idea of resources available at UCLA to include in your professional development plan. This workshop is ideal for participants who are able to work on their plan during the workshop, using provided digital documents.
